[Clio Symbol 1.4 8V] Gas is leaking

And now the problem ... since few days my has some gas leakings ... not good.
Here is the story:

The gas is leaking from a plastic bend ... that goes I think to the injectors ...

It is on the back of the oil lid, under the left side (as we look to the engine) of the air filter (general picture)


This is it ... from below a gas tube "comes up" into this plastic bend (from what I saw it is linked ok ... the gas doesn't come from the tube) ...


Closer ... "down" you can see the tube with a "clip" (I do not know why is there) and the plastic bend toward right side (as we look to the engine) ... it seems that there is an clamping mechanism ... BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO OPEN IT AND I AM AFFRAID TO BREAK IT ... does anyone knows how it must be opened ?

The gas is leaking when the car is stopped (with the engine running) with a drop at 7-10 sec. ... at normal running I do not know ... I can feel the smell of gas only with ventilator running and standing (red light, parking etc) during normal running no smell ...

Kind of from behind ...


I've tried at the renault service but they set the appointment in 9 days ... I left

Another one (not good focus but you can see how "wet" is with gas)


Does anyone knows how can I unbind this bend without break it ? or how can I change it ? manual, diagram would be helpful ...

You have to
-1 : push (with one hand) the two splined sides of the coronet (red arrows), in order to release the clip (2).
-2 : pull ( with the other hand) the bend in the direction of blue arrow.

be sure to do this longtime after "key off".... or you will take a gas shower.

I think the "O"ring in the bend must be out of order.

Thank you a lot barn ... huh I guess the problem is solved now ... I took off that bend clean it ... clean the rest of the area ... check the inside (was ok no cracks) ... put some cream (vaselina) ... and then i've put it back on it's place ... and the leaking is off ... ... hope this thing will work long time ... I guess that when they (in the service) put it back they did not put any cream (grease) and maybe it did not fixed well in place ... hope to be all good now ...
